1) How do you post pictures straight from your 'documents'?

By documents do you mean images you've uploaded to GTPlanet? If so, click on the picture and at the bottom of the page will be a box labeled BB Code. Copy and past the code and your image should show up.

However if you mean from your documents on your computer, you need to upload it to a site like imageshack, tinypic, etc.

2) What is a "PublicSecrecy" account? (regarding "Banned Users" thread).

It's not a what, it's a who. You're Mazerati, he was PublicSecrecy

Basically the member "PublicSecrecy" returned with a new account many many times, however with a similar posting style and most likely IP address from his first banned account it was easy for the mods to work out it was the same guy each time.

That makes more sense. It's like me being banned for abusive language, but re-registering as Maserati, Maser, Mazer etc, and doing the same thing again and again (being abusive). Right?

Why not ban his IP Address then?

The moderators have their reasons for doing things - even if they don't post a public explanation of what action was taken and why.
