I've been trying to work it out and I reckon it has to be.
 
It could be Swedish, Spanish or From Eastern-Europe.

Small companies. And SEAT made RWD cars when they weren't part of VAG.

I only thought it was a car from the UK because I forgot about Sweden and Austria. 15. Is it KTM?
 
To not hold this game anymore, I'm just going to tell what car I was thinking of cause this round started a month ago and questions are asked once in while.
