No, but that's not an example of a question that's already been asked. The right-hand drive was asked, not specifically if it was a Lotus Elise, so yes, it does count in this case.

Lotus Elise is right hand drive in its home market. It's a fact and a reason why the car can not be Lotus Elise.

Yes, but not everyone knows that. It's up to the askers to know the facts on the cars they are asking about; if they make a mistake it's on them. They still asked the question.
