Hey guys. First time posting. Just wanted to share my setup for the Audi RS4 (I drive one so.. it's my favorite car in the game haha). Anyway, the car makes about 480-490HP with an upgraded turbo. It's kind of funny because the stock K04's hold boost to redline and don't taper down like the upgraded does. Don't let it fool you, it will still pull even though the boost gauge tapers down.

1/4 Mile - 11.8
Nurburgring 6'99

Exhaust - Racing
Chip - Sports
Tires - Sports, Medium
Turbo - Stage 1
Intercooler - Racing
Brakes - Racing
Suspension - Racing
Clutch - Triple Plate
Flywheel - Racing

Everything not listed was left stock.

Suspension (setup for Nurburgring)
Spring Rate 8.0, 5.5
Ride Height 112, 109
Shock Bound 4,4
Shock Rebound 9,9
Camber 2.0, 1.0
Toe -2,-3
Stabilizers 1, 7

Remember, because the car has a lot of torque across it's entire engine curve, you WANT it to oversteer a bit. When you do get the occastional oversteer during a corner, downshift to keep the RPMs anywhere between 4-7k and you'll be on your way. It pulls great out of corners, and handles perfectly in all conditions (especially tight corners).

Try it out and let me know what you think. 👍

It is very similar to drive to the newer S4, thus, I recommend making a quick visit to MFT ( Mad FinnTuners) and snatch R4 setup I made.

To give the helping hand here... the link is in my signature. In the first post you'll find a banner "MFT R4 '03" which is a link and leads to the setup of the '03 model S4. Apply the settings to your car. 👍

Chris: Don't take this the wrong way, but... You're slow. So am I.

Some people are simply insanely quick at the 'Ring. 30 seconds here is NOT much.

.

lol i sure dont take it the wrong way ... :) but i can tell u something, i'm for sure not slow ;) trust me :)

oh and btw, i dont know what kinda tuning u did but with what u listed my 01 RS4 only gives 457bhp... so there is about 30 bhp missing to your car.:indiff:

Chris

uh, correction.., that should be a 6:59.xxx, NOT a 6:99.xxx .., :D

hmm, maybe i should go around the 'Ring once in a while..,

Oil, port polish and engine balancing... Should do it.

well no, cause otherwise he would have listed port polish and engine balancing in his tuning list but he didnt... so something has to be different cause otherwise my time wouldnt be off my 30 sec...:scared:

my 1998 audi s4 has some problems with understeering, and then when i leave the corners and i leave in gear 2 and then it just easily oversteer too much.. do i adjust the setting for the oversteering, which number is the best.. (driving aids) my currently numbers are 0, 0, 0.

My bet is that he forgot to list the wing 💡

driving aids should always be at those values, IMHO :sly: did you try the MFT R4 '03 setup yet?

yes i changed my tuning to the MFT R4 '03, but there was some problems, my s4 and the mft a4 had different gear settings, and some parts werent available.. 👎.. but i see some improvments tho

The suspension setup and downforce, and possibly brakes should be the ones you should use. the rest, such as the intercooler, can be left out. after all, I'm wondering what PD was thinking when they added intercoolers to the selection for an NA V8 model.. :odd:

well whatever he forgot gotta be something big! or maybe he just mean Stage 2 Turbo instead of 1 :indiff: who knows.

by the way, i just did again 3 laps with the RS4 and that exact same setup and did again a 7.29.786.:)
