Hey new pics. I've know about it for a while now, I foudn out through a magazine I bought called Mustang Monthly (Weekly?, somethin' like that) Anyone who wants the projected engine specs and things like that, plus pics, can go to this site I found-->http://www.mustangworld.com/ourpics/News/pics05c/
Wierd, I went to the site through my favorites and it's working, it's not in the link though. Oh well, it was for the concept and not the production model.

I like! The concept car looked too bubbly to me, but this one really looks hunkered down... 👍

The side profile certainly has a tad bit of a resemblence to the BMW 6-series, but then again they're the same type of car...

Aston Martin front end, hint of RX-8 around the rear wheel arch. Don't mind the front end, but the rear side window's hideous.

Meh, this is what I see when I look at it.

I don't see BMW influence, I don't see AstonMartin or RX-8. I see Mustang's of the past shapeing this one.

The lights, the grill, it looks like they took the car I posted, mixed it wth the last Gen 'stang, and updated it for the 2000's to me.

One Aston front end:

I took another look at the RX-8, and I realised it was actually the front RX-8 guard that the Mustang rear guard reminded me of.

There's certainly elements of the old Mustang in there, no question.

Yeap, it's nice. But it's just look's like a weaker car then the Mustang should be. When you look at this and the Concept, you really find out what the word Muscle Car differes in the two cars. I hope the SVT Cobra look's more like the Concept on the outside.

Good post, dude - they certainly did soften it. I much prefer the concept.

Who honestly design the back, it looks hideous from this angle, the concept had the heritage of the orginal car more, I believe......

:trouble:

That rear window looks such an afterthought and the wheels don't at all fill the arches enough. Also the spotlights look like they were added by the owner when he was drunk and it's generally too soft. Still an improvement on the current car though.
