The GTR is a super sports car from ART on the basis of a Mercedes CLS55/63 AMG. The developers from ART in Nuremberg, Germany succeeded in launching the GTR into the segment of top-class sports cars. Comprehensive, tightly focussed upgrades transformed the basis CLS55/63 AMG into a meaty sports tool with brilliant performance. At the same time its appearance displays an air of diplomatic elegance, without drifting into the harsh design lines of its class competitors. The GTR is a shift into a higher level for the 4-door CLS coupé from Mercedes-Benz concerning performance, exterior and interior.

The GTR is the more powerful version of two cars available from ART. The GTR 620 has a power increase to 620 hp/657 lb-ft and can accelerate from 0-100km/h in 4.0 seconds.

Sorry, but they've seriously uglified it. :(

All the extra body work and such looks almost rice-like IMO.

The wing... :yuck:

One thing I'd like to be done on these is seriously modifiied headlights. I love the CLS from rear angles, but the headlights are ruining the package for me...

Theres one word I can give the rear of that car, and it happens to be one of my favourite cartoon characters. lol........ Droopy! I swear the back of that Merc is depressing.

Indeed. I'd say it looks like a premature baby--ugly and undeveloped. The wing on this thing only makes it worse.

ART Tuning, right? It's almost a no-brainer to see this car given some art treatment. This car isn't like an ugly car made uglier. I actually like this machine and the standard car this is based on. Only thing I'd change about the car is the extra side ducts next to the rear wheels. I would likely make the overfender bolder and smoother at the rear. I might even change up the front spoiler. It isn't a bad tune job to me. It is a pretty mean car, but I'll likely give it 80% approval out of a possible 100%. It is art after all. That art does need a little extra work for it to be a masterpiece. You can dig that, right?

Aww...I like it.

Reminds me of what a CLS DTM AMG would look like. :D

I'm not digging those white rims, though...make 'em silver. Not chrome, but a nice, painted silver.

I like it!

I like the white wheels too. I'll take it with or without the wing.

The rear looks AU Falcon like...

If it were black, had black wheels and had no spoiler, I'm sure it'd look a lot nicer than white on white with a spoiler.

Looking like a AU Falcoon is by no means a good thing :p

But on topic, I like this CLS. Looks mean. The wheels and the little carbon fiber lip on the front look mint.

I'll take mine without wing though.....

This car is a 100% Joke...
I mean every side of this car screams out "I don't know what to do with my money".

Oh and you left out a picture, the icing on the ugly cake if you will..

HAHAHAH Running lights...
What a piece of crap

That's one crazy looking CLS
no wing version works for me if it is in gunmetal colour
but it kinda lower the class that the orignal CLS can offer

lol to al of your comments. its a gorgeous car...bar none, bananashaped or not, its hot.

i like the one w/out the wing better but still, that car looks like it belongs on the track, not driving through the streets.
