Voted for the CTS, as it is one amazing luxury sedans from America. Could rival Merc and BMW in their own game. It wasn't even a choice!

Although the FAW was my nomination in the China thread, I have to go for the CTS as objectively it's likely to be a better car, and the China market in the end is not one relevant to me until more manufacturers bring their products to Europe.

If I'm being honest though, neither car really interests me.

+1 👍 I guess it isn't as bad as the other Chinese cars, but pitting it up against the CTS is so unfair...... But at lease some people show their love for the cars...... :irked:👍 (although I didn't vote for it)

The reason why I don't like people putting oversized rims on a car is because that is being disrespectful to the car. You can also tell what type of personality they got if they prefer big rims too.

WHAT!!!!!!? People are entitled to do whatever they want to their cars, even if that means putting big rims and spinners on them. But like what Rotary Junkie said, there is a difference between a pimp and an idiot. ;)

I voted the CTS, because I like their angular styling, and there are approx. 2million better cars in the segment of the FAW. (Exaggeration)
 
Voted for the Vita C1. Couldn't possibly vote for that Vectra with an ugly grill. :yuck:
 
You can replace 'Vectra' with 'Generic GM product' if that helps.

Generic GM product...........sounds like a great performance bargain.:dopey: (And is when you consider the CTS-V is currently the quickest sedan on a track possibly in the entire world right now- certainly beats current M5s, and Mercs in all areas for now [Checking performance numbers posted in review in CTS-V thread]).

Not really. A generic Chinese car to me is a Daewoo Matiz rip-off, or a luxo-barge subtley styled like an American car. The Vita doesn't look dissimilar to a modern Euro hatch.
 
I voted the CTS even though I'm not a huge fan of it.

They're voting the CTS because they think (know?) it's better than the FAW, it's really a mismatch isn't it? It's like racing a Cappucino against a BMW M3 at Fuji.

Not like there a huge choice, I personally am not a real fan of the CTS, I prefer more of a luxury boat for a Cadillac (long wheel base 7 series type competitor) but I like it better than the Vita C1 so it's a no brainer.

I can't even find any proper research on the FAW, if you google it this very thread is the second entry.

Second most. Top is a Chinese car forum (In English) then there are a couple more English sites. It looks all Russian after the first page.

Probably, but a number of people have said they don't really like either. I expect some people are abstaining from voting, which is the third option.
 
Agreed, it's not much of a choice... but I think the CTS at least deserves the recognition of my vote.
