Am I the only one that likes simple dashboard layouts and color combos? That Ford dash is just a multitude of colors and styles, and the Tundra dash makes it seem like it would be tough to change the radio station or temperature. Even the Ram's dash is funky, with two colors and two trim types.

There's just something about the flat, upright dashes that I'm not a big fan of. Both of my cars have had relatively low control areas and a nice curve/slope to the flatter area meeting the windshield. I can understand trucks having dashboards shaped like this, but it seems like a lot of American (GM in particular) cars have a big stack of controls in the center with three times the number of controls as either my Grand Am or Civic had.

Of the trucks posted here, I like the Ram's interior the most, until I see the wood grain. Huge turnoff in any interior for me. Carbon fiber or aluminum FTW.

Well for me it's a toss-up between the Ford and the Dodge, but that doesn't mean they look good. Ford looks like it has the best finish but it's too busy.

The Ford's looks nice... but I like the Ram's... I hate how Toyota trucks seem to always have a ton of controls under the dash not visible until you stick your head under the steering wheel...

Just to throw on the fire...

I'd say its between the Chevy and the Ford for me, and overall, I'm leaning toward the rather art-deco (ish) look of the F-150.

Ford
Dodge
Nissan
GM
Toyota

That's my list. The Dodge looks ok, I just can't stand the steering wheel and feel of the shifter knob. The dash is an improvement definately.

I wouldn't exactly use the Tundra as a benchmark...

Which reminds me:

WHERE THE HELL IS THAT FILING CABINET I WAS PROMISED, TOYOTA?

Oh that is awful, Sorry Toyota but awful. :yuck:

I dont' think you'd say that had you spent any time in a Chevy. we have an '08 3/4 ton at work...hard. Plastic. everywhere. feels thin and cheap, too.

also has an utterly pointless pushbutton manual selector on the shift stalk.

That shifter knob looks like a smaller version of the new Taurus'.
