That's a bit of good news. :)

I haven't done any races for today as I'm still experiencing server problems. :grumpy:
 
After a short break the races are now up and running, no server issues so far, fingers crossed.

All points will be added at the end of the days racing.

And, unfortunately guy, as per usual, my Internet connection to my PS3 seems to have dropped. I'm going to go to the China Telecom shop tonight and kick the 🤬 🤬 in the 🤬.

I'll do a few more later when I get home and actually have my PS3 monitored.

I'm really impressed with my driver these days. :) He seems to be almost at the point where his skills will start to drop off.

Sorry about the few races today. My ISP is an unmentionable. Thank God we've just a hand full of race to go before we find a winner.

You're looking pretty good up there. Only 5 more races to go, and I'm 30 points behind. Oh well.
 
I reckon my driver will gain his AOE trophy soon. I've had him since the the beginning and it will be sad to retire him. It would be nice if he could get into the HoF because I become quite attached to the little Bobs.

Just don't take him offline. I've actually still got my very first Bob, who got the AOE trophy for me a long time ago. Despite a deterioration of skill, he still seems to do better than some of my other level 40 Bobs. Go figure. Just retired two level 40 the other day (had to waste $40M in the process), and created two new Bobs for the upcoming championship.
 
I need the slot for the new championship, plus I want my whole team of drivers wearing the white beginner suit just for the irony of it.

I wonder exactly how far their skills depreciate. Could the revert all the way back to level 0? Surely not? :confused:

Good question. If I remember correctly, the speed sections have deteriorated quite a bit, while his mental strength is still the full 100%.

They stop degrading when your bar hits full, my driver dropped to what looked like level 30 performance on his stats.
The web site used to have a secondary bar to show what they dropped in stats but its now been removed, you can only see that on the PS3 now.
The speed bar can drop x3 as fast as stamina bars as its made up of 3 other stats.
 
I realise I might be a bit late for the current run of races, but is there a new season coming up? I should have level 40 drivers by then (or I will do if there is a new season ;))
 
I figured that if I stay at home, now that I ave a break from work, I can run the races while keeping an eye on the connection at the same time. So, without further ado, race 16

When technical things go wrong beyond there controll people blame a gremlin for braking it..

This guy sure does get around ISPs blame him for things happening on different sides of the planet..

Oh, I didn't realise things could go technically wrong during a B-Spec race apart from connection issues.

I was just imagining the a little green thing sabotaging the engine while the cars on track. :lol:
 
Congrats to Shem / P. Adam for your B-Spec NASCAR Championship! I promised a ticket of the winner's choice to the victor so let me know what ticket you'd like. Also, thanks for organizing and running the championship.

My Bob (W. Weber) had 5 podiums but finished outside the top six for nearly all of the other races. He also had some dramatic plummets after starting high and finishing low. He may be headed to an early retirement.

I'm actually really surprised my driver won. He doesn't have the best race/ win ratio and is one of the coolest tempered driver I have.

Thanks to everyone who took part. Special thanks to Graphite for making it a bit smoother than it would've been with out the help given. 👍

I'm still debating whether or not my Internet connection is safe enough for the next one but I'm sure I'll find a way to continue the B-Spec races.

I have a meeting with my landlady today over renewal of contract so I might be in a new place soon with a better connection. Or not. ;)
 
great job Shem.. thanks a bunch... just let me know whom I need to send the 3 cars to and we'll get the FR's done and get these cars out.... 👍
