I know when I had to leave town unexpectedly last season on Hurricane duty, I pm'ed 3 weeks worth of picks to Justin, just in case I didn't get internet in time to send them. He was willing to help out, and get my picks put in for me.

No. In order to use the same driver in back-to-back weeks, you have to have earned the right to use a consecutive pick. You earn a consecutive pick by picking a driver that wins a race, or by having the most points of any entry in a week. You never have to use a consecutive pick, once earned. You can cash them in for 5 points each at the end of the season, if you don't use them. If you try to pick the same driver two weeks in a row, and don't have a consecutive pick available, that driver's finishing position is lowered by 10 places.
Just a reminder that if you select a driver you selected last week and don't have any consecutive picks that driver will have 10 spots added to their actual finish.
