2012 ish Mustang 3.7

I am really looking into getting a mustang around the 2012 year as I like that shape but I don't want the V8 due to high fuel prices here in the U.K. So I was wondering people's thoughts on the 3.7 V6? I know they are around 305bhp and they sound really nice with the right exhaust on.

The V6 is probably just as bad on fuel as the V8. It’s not really a good, modern V6 and what’s the point of a Mustang without the V8?
