Dude, that booing!

That chanting!

Why is he getting boo'd?

First of all he's not the most liked driver on the grid and with his behavior since the start of the season, the Webber gate, the complains about the tyre and now they (RBR and him) dominate the GP, how do you think people will react ?

Alonso is also getting more and more fan because he polished his reputation a lot and take a lot of care on communication.

Disrespectful fans, not what you want to see.

King Nando & Mr Montreal gets cheered like the champions they are!

Why everybody does hate Vettel...

That just makes me wish more that he wins the championship.
Too bad for losers.

Wow, dominating performance again by Vettel. I love watching him race. Truly brilliant.

I was just talking to a friend about this:

If Vettel turned to the crowd and said "I'm sorry? I beat Fernando? I thought so", Vettel would've made a new fan today.

Indeed. Most motorsport fans are all very respectful and create a great atmosphere. I hate seeing things you would usually see at a Football match. 👎

Pretty much this. Vettel has had everything thrown at his feet while at Red Bull.

What's with all this hating on the crowd? I love it. How else do the fans have there say? Get the message across clearly...

edit:
think of this way, would Webber get booed? Nope. WHY?

It was none of that, just disrespectful Alonso fans.

Shameful display. It's not Vettel's fault none of the other teams stepped up to the plate.

Mercedes showed they were much, much stronger in wet conditions. He managed to pull a pole out of his hat. Conditions were very tricky, but he strung a lap together and it stuck.

During the race, he pushed, pushed, pushed some more. Then pushed like mad. He built a buffer that no one could hope to overcome while still keeping their tires in one piece.

Alonso, given the fantastic pace in that Ferrari, could have taken him. But the Ferrari could not deliver during cold qualifying conditions, so he didn't have the positional advantage here.

Still, drive of the day has to go to Alonso. Everything on track. Everything. Amazing.

Maybe it was, maybe not. But I do believe what I said had a part of truth in it. Like it or not.

+1

If you pay $300-$400 for that, I'd voiced my opinion as well.
Silverstone is struggling for sales this year, and if this is what people are paying for, do you really expect them to go next year for another $3/400?

I want the crowd to be MORE vocal...

This times 1000.

I can take Vettel or leave him, but I really, really want him to win this year's title just to annoy all the whiners.

It was, maybe it was the Fer-nan-do chants giving it away.

And you know the demographic of the people booing...how?

Why so much hate for Van der garde? The steering for tight bends isn't great and tbh Webber came from far to far back.

Only 5 people finished on the lead lap. That just shows how fast they were.

Another Vettel win with 5 cars on the lead lap? *yawn* Next race.

My hat off to who ever predicted only 5 cars on the lead lap

SO you want Vettel to slow down?

The crown booing Vettel won't make any difference. The FIA aren't going to suddenly try and change the rules (which hasn't worked in the past) because some viewers are getting impatient and seem to have forgotten that the idea of competitive racing is be competitive and dominant whenever possible, something which Vettel has been doing to the best of his ability for the past four years.

SO you want Vettel to slow down?
No, I want him to leave F1 permanently and never return.

but...on topic:
Crowd interaction with the management should be praised. Surely? You don't bite the hand that feeds!

And you know the demographic of the people booing...how?

Perhaps because they were chanting his name at the same time whilst Vettel was talking?
