Yeah, just because they say they aren't liable doesn't mean they aren't. I say rip down the walls, watch how many fans are injured and how much this ink holds water.

They have insurance for these sorts of things. If a tree limb falls on a car passing by, the homeowner is liable no matter what the homeowner says or signs they may post on their property denying liability. Unless the tree is on the street side of the sidewalk, then it's a "city tree"
