When watching the Gen 6 cars race, it just looks like the drivers are on the edge of disaster.

NASCAR has to do something about this tsing the air off the right side bizniss.

I remember the old cars doing it too. Really a byproduct of running ovals at this speed. Hard to control the air around the cars.

Don't really think much can be done, even the Open wheelers have this issue on Ovals. Side force is just a product of Big oval racing

Ya know, it's an honest shame that we have not been able to see Danica's talent shine through. She has had an immense amount of bad timing. Hopefully she won't get discouraged.

20 to go... The 5 will win, again.

I wanted to wrap our RAV4 in a KB M&M's wrap. Designed by RACECAR :)

Ok, that's a big hunk of debris...

I agree about Danica. I've always kept an eye on the rookies, doesn't matter if they were big shots in some other league, or totally unknown outsiders. Whether it was someone from trucks, or the Busch series, or Outlaws, or FI . . . they are rookies to me, all things being equal, when they dare to battle the game called NASCAR Cup. And Danica has showed good spirit, consistently good saves, some tenacity, and great patience. Good for her. It's no wonder she has many fans.

Will this race ever end? How many GWCs are we going to have?

Harvick has a huge advantage. I'll be surprised if he doesn't win.

Louie Hamilton set the fastest lap at Monaco on old tires...

I thought Vettel got fast lap on the last lap, annoying his team at the same time.

also I have returned after sulking over Junior's blown engine...I think Kurt is going to get it, but now it seems Kevin is getting away.

Dang it. Kahne winning would've made this the best racing weekend ever.

Oh, well. At least it's not a Busch or a Johnson.

From what I was paying attention to, Lewis had it maybe 2/3 through the race. You're right, when fuel burned off, that's when the fastest laps would easily happen.

I thought I was in the NASCAR thread... let me recheck which thread/section of the forum I went to. :boggled:

Nope.. definitely NASCAR thread.

Seems like many drivers were disappointed about not winning races today.

Am I the only one that thinks that NASCAR should do a 1000 mile endurance race somewhere?
