Yup in an Ideal World this would be true. But when the Race gets up and Running sometimes the Germans hush down and you can hear the Cars themselves followed by the English Commentary on Radio Le Mans.

Agreed it would be nice to see the people they're interviewing
 
An ideal world would be a Radio Le Mans TV channel, but let's not carried away. ;)
 
Yeah hopefully we can listen to the cars! And it would also be nice to hear the people were seeing!

GT6 announced.. but no PS3 stream of 24 hour Nurb race? Where has the vision of PD & Sony gone ? Why bother advertising in a race that isn't even marketed....
 
Watching the live stream on my PS3 so I don't have to sit with my laptop all the time, my german is really bad so won't get much from the commentary but atleast I can see the race :)
 
To those watching the german stream and are wondering what´s going on, 3 minutes ago Decan Klaus Kunz spoke a blessing (as every year) followed by the german national anthem. 34 minutes left

There's been Gran Turismo advertising on N24 for at least two years now, before GT6 was announced. It's just advertising and I don't see why it means Sony should bother with a stream, nor do I see what it has to do with their 'vision' :rolleyes:

Yeah, I thought so too, but I've only watched the previous two years myself which is why I said at least 2 years.
 
Can't wait for it to start, this will be my 2nd year watching. Will YouTube have a stream up?
 
I just wish we could hear the engines and the official stream was in HD.. oh well :lol:
 
Some say it is going to rain heavily later in the evening.
 
Don't think It'll be on youtube. If they do get a stream up I believe this would be the first time.

Nurburgring 24 Hours - Last Minute Changes

Post final qualifying there are several changes to report with changes in Balance of Performance:

Audi +10kg

Aston Martin + 10kg

SP7 GTE Porsche +0.3 mm air restrictor (30.7 – 31.0)

SP8 BMW Z4 GTE – Increase of fuel capacity by 5litres

Mercedes SLS – Increase of fuel capacity by 3 litres

SP9 Porsches - -10kg (for additional silencing/ muffling (Not BoP)

None of that is fair without the opportunity to test the changes before the race. 👎

Are you sure Mike will do the start? Hasn´t he just been in Brands Hatch about 2,5hrs ago, winning the DTM race there?
 
It's pretty awesome that the warm up lap starts 20 minutes before the start of the race, that just shows you the sheer scale of the Nordschleife.
