Gary Lineker read out the apology on the BBC earlier - clearly crafted by Luis Wordsworth Suarez himself, of course - and I couldn't help noticing how, even now, he will not acknowledge that the bite was deliberate.

FIFA should ban him for even longer just for being an arse.

So far the underdogs are putting up a stern fight. Exciting stuff.

I'm not sure how I'd feel if we got another upset here. I still can't see anything but a German victory tonight even with Algeria looking like an equal threat thus far.

Don't think so, only change to the 11 is Mustafi in for Hummels in Defence because Hummels has flu..

This is perhaps the best match of football I have watched in a long time. Gripping stuff.
