Seeing all this quality football shows me where England go wrong. Pride, passion, hunger for the ball, movement, a will to win, teamwork. All these last 8 teams have it, and we don't.

That could have been me, talking about Portugal. England was a much better team in comparison.

As exciting as this was, it was only fair that Belgium won. The USA had no place in the quarters, too.

Doubt it, Argentina were woeful today.

Suspect Belgium might make the semi finals.
 
Well the better team won, and you have to give credit to Belgium.

As for USA, well we at least survived the Group of Death.

Now we sit back, and hope Argentina beats Belgium. :cool:

Great match, on the 2 - 0 the game looked finished, then USA found energy out of nowhere. I wish italy had that kind of pride to fight in difficult moments :lol:

The US should've buried that chance at the end of the 2nd half, that could've been the difference...
Either way, it was a very exciting and action-packed game
