2014 Nurburgring 24 hour, VLN series 7/12 teams signed up

I have a sudden urge to destroy someone or something with lasers.. wonder why that is.

Looking really cool though. What does "shall be using after the CSS has finished" mean? Will we have more races after the series? :)

Oh while I wrote you posted more times! Sounds fun, hope I can join all of them.

Yes we will be moving to qualifying for the N24 and moving more towards the real cars and specs ;)

As for cyborg destroying go for it :P

Will the races after GT6 is released be done in GT6 or will we stay in GT5 for this?

That is based entirely upon how quickly we can a) acquire and b) spec the cars used for the actual race (the FIA GT3 cars). Obviously it will also be affected by how many people have got the game however I'm kinda guessing all of us have it on pre-order? Haha

15th-16th February: Full 24h of the Nurburgring

You are welcome to hit The Green Hell with me any day, indeed there will be some good opportunities to race with full damage for 3 & 4+ hour races coming up. I will let you know when that comes to pass.

I will certainly be present. I'll send a message to Mic inquiring about his presence. He only kissed Autumn Ring due to a family trip and I missed it due to surprise overtime.

edit: ok he could have meant yes as the team.. still almost funny..
 
Great! Definitely want as many competitors as possible there. :) And with some Aussies we get so much more international!
 
Well I wouldn't bet any money against them so you might be happy in February. :P We won't be going for the win anyway.. no way that's happening if there isn't lots of DCs and I don't really want that. ^^

Hopefully we'll be back in 2015 for another race and challenge for the win that time though. ;)

We won't have a 3rd driver, just myself and Tati. If that changes between now and then I will let you know.

Glad to have a U.S representative still, We did have a guy in Maine interested in running, was contemplating travel if need be, would you like me to touch base with him again?

@Phouchg, There should be a disconnection policy for restarts, 24hrs is a long time, and a DC in the first 20 minutes eliminating a team would be diabolically stupid to not have that in place,

My personal view is that some rules do need modifying, others need to be totally rewritten, and others are fine, but a general overview of what to expect,
