I actually don't know where it was taken, I found it on Mod Motor Mustang's page on Facebook.

It does look like NY though, that's a typical winter scene right there.

Is that in NY?

Also, DAYUM. I thought here was pretty bad.

No....

Car was parked outside a popular Mexican Restaurant on the Michigan side of the border at the northern terminus of I75 .

Ya I was going to say it's almost certainly around the Dearborn area.

You'd be surprised. New Ford interiors are actually decent compared to the Japanese. And some of the European Fords have interiors comparable to the... Europeans.

Then again, this IS a Mustang...

I guess we will know when one of us gets behind the wheel of one. Then again, I haven't liked many of Fords interiors since 1986.

I sat in one. It's a lot nicer than last-gen. Might not look too different, but plastics are definitely softer.

I'm really liking the look of it. Looks best in blue, I think, but yellow looks good, which is a pleasant surprise. I wish the interior looked as good as the exterior, though.

The grill sticks out much more on the I4/V6 car...I'd like it much more if the hood was more of a flat angle than rounded off. Kinda like this (pardon my bad shop skills. I think it fits the car MUCH better than the rounded hood.

Not a fan of the interior but I genuinely like the rest of the car. Probably the first time in a while where I was really impressed with what a good looking car the Mustang can be. Were it not for the fact that my grandfather would roll over in his grave or the fact that I just can't bring myself to drive a two door, this mustang would definitely be up for consideration in my next purchase.
Luckily for gramps my Subaru still has plenty of time left. :D

Very cool looking car though. 👍

I'm glad you did this. I actually agree with you. At least in that photo, the front end looks really thick and massive. The front end looks like it's carrying more weight than the rear. It need to be slimmed down a bit. I think your shop really does make it look less awkward.

EDIT: Idk, I'm torn. It's much less noticeable in dark colors. This yellow just makes it stand out more.

That's partly why I did it, for exactly that reason. It just looks so bloated, and, despite being smaller and lighter than the previous car, they did a hell of a job making it look gigantic. Maybe at some point they'll facelift it and change it to that. One can only hope.

The convertible is ugly as hell, I'm sure Grandma will be begging for one more than the convertible T-Bird from the early 2000s.

I didn't realize that the trim around the window was chrome. What a horrible, tacky choice if it's the case on every model.
