RIP MWR. The only way they survive is if they find a new money mark.... And to be honest they might have one in Barney Visser. (Although Truex may shoot it down while getting his new contract...)

Won't miss MWR, in fact it's pretty sweet karma that ever since the Richmond scandal, they've never won a race, and their most recent winner remains the driver who lost his sponsor and job over another driver's cheating. (And more karma for the fact that Bowyer has never won since the 2012 Cha$e.)

Jeb Burton had a very hard crash in Practice:

BK just got tangled up with Matt Crafton. Both trucks look severely damaged.

The announcers immediately named points-leader Crafton as the cause of the wreck. It didn't look that way to me.

Long commercial, then Crafton in Brad's pit. BK said to interviewer he didn't have any interesting putting the point leader out. No interview for Crafton. Announcers continue line that Crafton caused the wreck.

They also just missed JWT as being the cause of this most recent wreck.

Well, Austin Dillon somehow manages to ruin everyone's chances at beating Busch in the truck race. If they would have hooked up through turn one, they would have cleared the 51, but nope, Dillon had to get the lead at that exact moment.

Make that two in a row for JWT.

Realistically, Jones was the only one that had any shot of getting Kyle as he was actually faster AND gaining. Everyone else was just too slow.

Harvick could be the only one with a shot at Kyle with the newer tires, but he can only pull it off if he gets by 2nd and 3rd place cars in Turn 1.

EDIT: Jebus why is Townley even allowed to drive in NASCAR?

Back off JWT for once guys. He didn't cause this and going back to previous wreck, he didn't cause that one either. He didn't get into Dillon until after Dillon was already spinning Jones.

Harvick might be able to win this on fuel mileage at this rate. If Kyle has enough gas, he's going to win.

They showed the 51 pit and for a moment I thought "Whoa, Braxton grew up fast"

Tyler Reddick leading the points? Wh... th... how?

Crafton and Jones were wrecked by cup regulars Keselowski and Dillon. Keselowski's employee Reddick gets a free pass to the points lead.

Still trying to figure that out myself. I could've sworn he was much further back.

He pitted under yellow for fresh tires and fuel, taking the first green/white in 8th.

I thought that Jones was the only one that was close enough to surpass Matt though. I thought that Tyler was more than a race behind in points, but I guess I was wrong.....

The fix was in.

He meant in the points.

Reddick had a habit of crashing earlier this year. Which is why we're surprised he's in the position he's in now.

Am I the only one wondering how that Wallace kid from the Geico Commercial is doing?

Also, SO..MUCH...WALLACE.

So this race tonight is the final race for Kenny Wallace as he retires from Driving. JGR gave him a car (Great gesture) and he qualifies 7th, not bad for someone that doesn't drive a lot. Hope he finishes well.

Funny enough, I believe Kenny Wallace made a similar Joke when Darrell made his debut two years ago at the same time Mike was in the field as well as his daughter.

XFINITY Series at Iowa is GO! Daniel Suarez on pole. 250 laps.
