Easy win for AF Corse.

Haters gonna hate. :P

For the LMP1 cars I reckon it is going to be a matter of not crashing ik this weather.

Wouldn't like to be a GTE driver with those P2's starting behind...

Agh what to watch f1 or 24 hour Le man. What a great weekend for racing :)

I think its favoring Quattro at the moment

Clutch issue for the #67.

67 camera is on and there is a problem with a air pump I think.

From LeMans:

Firstly, Antonio Garcia (#63 Chevrolet Corvette C7.R for Corvette Racing - LM GTE Pro), Maurizio Mediani (#27 BR 01 for SMP Racing - LM P2) and Simon Trummer (#4 CLM P1/01 for ByKolles Racing Team - LM P1) did not complete the mandatory five night-time laps during the qualifiers.

Secondly, Ed Brown (#30 Ligier JS P2 for Extreme Speed Motorsports - LM P2), Tracy Krohn (#40 Ligier JS P2 n°40 for Krohn Racing - LM P2), Erik Maris (#22 Ligier JS P2 for So24! by Lombard Racing - LM P2) and Rémy Striebig (#28 Morgan for Pegasus Racing - LM P2) did not reach a fast enough lap time during the qualifying session. Likewise, Simon Trummer but as he had not completed the required five laps either, he was already at the back of the pack.

Finally, Michael Shank Racing has changed its engine so the #49 Ligier JS P2 will be subject to a five-minute stop & go penalty during the first half of the race. Because the American team is competing in the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, but not in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) or the European Le Mans Series, it was only permitted to use one engine throughout the event.

Good morning everyone! :gtpflag:

Who else is planing on staying the entire race up? I wish I had something interesting to do like the guy who said he'll go autocrossing but them's the breaks.

And we're green!

First time I've even watched the start. Let's goooo!

Excitement levels at max! Best race of the year. Enjoy everyone!

Gearbox issue for the Ford.

So excited to see Ford attacking Le Mans again :dopey:
Hopefully they can get all 4 cars to the finish line.

#67 just reported to be heading off for the track again.

WEC stream 20 second delay between screen and timer.

Just turned on. Sorry if it's been asked recently - why are LMP1 only running 2 car teams?

CLM might be moving.

Well...about that. :p
Plenty of time left to get the car running again
Hopefully we won't have so many safety car laps like we had at Monaco with the Formula 1

When the Toyota hit that patch of standing water.

Some parts don't look too bad - the spray might clear in a few laps - but there are some parts that aren't looking good at all. Fingers crossed it drains well.

EDIT - Colin's Laundered Money lives!

Quick question but are there any other 4wd lmp1's on track besides Audi?
