Even on the WEC App they're bashing F1!

I must not be paying close attention, what are they saying about it?

#7 Audi back in garage.

Edit: sorry for wasteful double post, I guess the sandman is coming for me.

#7 once again back inside the pitbox. Not sure what they are doing to it now.

Basically they said that Bernie won't be happy about Sports Car racing taking fans from F1. One of the comms literally said "You'll have a closer finish here after 24 hours than tomorrow at Baku hafter one an a half".

Honestly, I find my self more awake and involved in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Sometimes, when watching F1, I'll fall asleep.

Also, I love these LMP1 cars, more than the F1 cars now. They look so much cooler, and probably can drive just as fast.

Clearly I picked the wrong 2hrs to sleep in, crash, crash, fire, safety car.

A ferrari almost took out Mike Conway's Toyota.

Whoop rain coming in boys according to Toyota meteorologist.

Shoot lets throw in a surprise visit by Godzilla itself. :D

Checked the weather forecast, no rain to be seen. There is some rain on the coast of France, but it doesn't look to be any sort of threat to the race.

#50 Corvette is off, Porsche Curves?

Lawl, all AF Corse's 488s are retiled. Risi's 488 is the only Ferrari's hope in GTE Pro, it seems.
hurr 488 sucks, durr muh engine sound

Well, I've never woken up to the sight of two fast, functioning Toyotas before, so things are going well.

Nipping out to McDonalds for some morning fuel.

#50 Covete is off, Porsche Curves?
Yep.

I am surprised that at 9:30 am the track temp is still a low 17.8 deg.

2:00 am here. Gonna take a nap and come back for the last two hours of the race, then go back to sleeping again.

Brb.

I am surprised that at 9:30 am the track temp is still a low 17.8 deg.
Sound okay to me. It's 8:30 AM in the UK at that time. According to Windows 10 it's 15 deg. C here.

Is that Ford GT catching up to that Ferrari or am I being deceived? It just said only 14 seconds down. Did the Ferrari pit?

The commentators were saying it was gaining on the Ferrari.

Gaining is an understatement, it's literally shaving off a few seconds every lap.

Either Muller drives better than Bourdais or Marucelli drives worse than Vilander. Or both. Or Ford told Muller to finally rape that Ferrari. Or Ferrari's luck in GTE Pro category is over.

Took me a little bit, but I remember that episode.

Well would you look at that, Krohn involved in an accident that he didn't caused.
