My internet seems to acting fine now, hopefully I'll be able to watch the rest of the race without any problems. I seem to have missed a lot of the race, haha.
Hopefully Toyota will win.

Kobayashi in #6 Toyota spun into the gravel and the car had to pit for bodywork repairs. It's now 3 laps behind.

Nah, just posted facts. Also Corvette and Porsche are a long way behind as well so not just Aston ;)
 
Question: Can a car that has sandbagged actually be given a time penalty?

Nah, you just argued with the fact that there was a late pre-race bop that pegged back both the Fords and Ferraris and boosted the others, which was exactly what happened...but whatever.

What can you expect??? Porsche continually turns up with its 1955 car and Chevrolet continue to use leaf springs, and Ford turned up with a DP,

And they both still walked over the Porsche/Aston/Corvette teams despite that BOP adjustment in a race that was supposed to balance them.

Maybe the whole BOP idea is flawed, I don't know, but as far as this particular race is concerned it should've been enforced better.
