2 cars in the garage and we aren't even an hour in.

He's on the side of the road, this caution better take no more than 10 minutes to pick him up and drive off the track at the nearest outlet. Done. Back to racing. But it will be 25 minutes and a recap of the start of course.

That's optimistic.

As much as I would like to see Scott "hi to my family at home" Pruett takes his 6th overall I really would prefer a DP to not win again.

Someone tally the commercials. See how many different ones we get and then how many each one is shown over 24 hours.

Cars back going, so why we need another 15 minutes under yellow?

I always get an uneasy feeling where the Mazda stopped cause I still remember the carnage that occurred in 2014 in the infield there. Gidley's wreck after losing power was one of the worst wrecks I've watched, and I really, really fear that that may happen again.

Right. They've got the Mazda out of the way again. Why aren't we racing yet?

I may have said one of the Mazdas would be on the podium on a podcast. Oops.

I think the Ford is done for. :(

Because IMSA. Prototypes pit one lap. GT's another then another two laps minimum to get them together

Legge is going to have a good shot at the lead on the restart.

The Turner Motorsports M6s look really good.

Is that really the rules?
It's been the rule since the 2014 merger, and it's dumb- especially dumb at Daytona since the track can more than handle everyone together at once.

Is that really the rules?

Only for the first caution, if there is another caution within the first 3 laps of green they keep the puts closed I think,

Got a wild tire roaming free!

Better reset the caution.

The Ford GT is going into the garage it seems.

#67 GT to the garage :( and there's a rolling tire on the infield grass

Wheel escapee.

1 Ford down, one makes a great pit stop. Maybe the Vette, Ferrari and GT can beat up on those Porsches 👍

Two wheels?

IMSA radio said that the Ford GT and the BMWs are using the same gearbox so it's worth monitoring those too.
