Stupid people are stupid...

View attachment 527859

:banghead:
Same stupid would probably be bitching and moaning about IMSA's race control if they did race (and such did occur) because drivers would be complaining that the unsafe conditions that they were driving in. That's ignoring what would happen if someone got seriously injured (which could have possibly happened to Townsend in the wreck he luckily walked away from) because they lost it racing in the same unsafe conditions.

One, there's lightning; two, this doesn't need to happen again:

Future Cast showing rain until about 5:30-6.

All of this above and then add lightning to the mix that could strike the corner workers around the track

T-Storms have moved off to the east now, radar is just rain to the west.

IMSA track drying to commence, restart in about an hour.

Looks like the rain is letting up a bit. Hopefully things can get underway again soon :)

I'm guessing Ford wishes they wouldn't replay this interview.

No lightning is showing up on the radar in the new rain coming from the east so this thing should be good to go the rest of the way.

Pigot went into the tires. I think they were just about to go back to green again.

Panzer stalled after being dumped by the 50. Typical German build quality. :p

I think Dorsey Schreoder needs to get back in the commentary booth and stay out of the race car.

Of all the cars Schreoder drove into there, it was the Krohn car.:boggled:

I noticed that as well.

Well, I see the TC is helping the PC cars this weekend. :sly:

Edit: Nico LaPierre was right there in that group in the Dragon Speed Oreca.

Nothing can really save America's Am Ferraris (PC) from being America's Am Ferraris (except for actual Am Ferraris in competition, but even those usually don't drive like Am Ferraris in the US).
