Hello darkness my old friend?

You can't have it both ways, why piss energy into the sky? These are state of the art racers, not moto-crossers.

It is not the sole responsibility of automotive transport-and racing specifically-to reduce the carbon output of humans on this planet. What about airplanes? Home heating and cooling systems? Concrete? The laser focus on the ground transportation has led to a dramatic increase in efficiency over the last decade-fantastic. Time we apply the same logic to the rest of our energy consumption, and stop trying to reap smaller and smaller returns from the industry that has been leading the way.

Back to racing.

Yeah but if they get it going he's starting from pit lane
It might work out better for him to tell the truth. Now Red Bull need a solid strategy and he may have the ride of the day

What is up with the world feed for this weekend? The amount of issues they've had with graphics is insane.

We'll see, doesn't look like he'll be starting with them.

Not looking great for Ricciardo...

The hybrids are more powerful and faster than the V8's and V10's. Get on with it.

Still no tyres on Ricciardo's car..

Of course not. Quote me saying it is.

Its up to every field to push development and, in its area, that's what this formula does.

Yeah Ricciardo doesn't look like he's gonna be starting. Still no tyres on the car.

A shame for Ricciardo.

Now the question is how many Mark Webber starts do we get.

I hate waking up early but lets do this.

The Arrows looked good in the background... or was it something else? :D

Bet on a botched front row start? Anyone?

Edit, Daniel has a second chance to get out

but the race didnt start

So he'll have more fuel to burn.

Also, LH talking about grip already(yeah, yeah, just his side).

Thought Vettel had won it there... oh... extra formation lap. :D

Back to racing.

You should follow commercial aviation, see the focus they've had on reducing carbon emissions through aerodynamics, lighter airframes, higher capacities, etcetera.

We only ever hear about cars cars cars because that's what most people buy every several years (homes, once or twice in a lifetime, airplanes... unless you're rich... never)

That's happened plenty of times with reg changes, they're still the fastest cars on a track so...guess proper F1 has been around for some time.

Depends on how you look at it. Point is, I'm more excited for this year's changes than I were for many of the previous ones. Lap records etc.

clean first corner!

and its gone
