At 14 years old, he shouldn't be sleeping with anyone.

Period.

At 14, I was, some of my friends were, and it didn't go wrong for anyone I know. Whatever you say to them, whenever a teenager will think he's ready, he'll do it.

Kids are growing up very fast nowadays. My little cousin (10 years old) knows alot more than I ever did when I was his age.

Alright, it went good for jpmontoya and his friends, lets let all 14yos have sex!

Okay... If you want to take it like this. I wouldn't push or encourage my kids to do it at that age (nor any age at all), but if you look at what's happening in reality, if they want to, they'll just hide to do it, and there's not much you can do about it.

I'm sorry to have such :dunce: thoughts. I guess we should all bury our heads in the sand and refuse to see what's happening instead of facing it.

This thread, perhaps is overstepping the boundaries of the AUP anyway...

They're going to anyway so we might as well remove the possible criminal record involed. A lot of teenagers drink because they think it's cool, my mom gave me 1/4 of a Labat Blue a couple months ago, and now I never want beer again. Might not work the same way here but you get the point right?

The point that that's completely moronic?

People speed, so lets do away with the speed limits! People do drugs, so lets legalize all of them! Young people drink, so lets do away with age limits! People kill others, so lets legalize murder! People rape others, so lets legalize that too.

And you think you're a cut above the rest of the people your age...

That is the reasoning kids are what they are today, lazy parenting. You assume they're just going to go out and do all that stuff, so you do nothing to prevent it.

It is completely unacceptable for a teacher to have sex with her student.
Like you never fantasized about it when you went to school.
Lord knows I have :sly:

I think thats one of the most popular male fantasies, isn't it?

Doing nothing to prevent what?? All you can do is educate them, tell them to be cautious whenever they're ready, and to not be rushed by anyone if they don't feel like it. What else will you do? Implement a military discipline trying to dictate them about when to do it, beliving that will keep them from trying to have sex until 18? Good luck. Work well with kids, but teenagers... People I've talked to who did it past 18, it had nothing to do with rules set by their parents, they simply didn't feel they were ready for it, or they hadn't found the right person yet. They were fine doing it at that age, as I were fine doing it sooner. what's wrong with that?

She asked the kid twice before doing it, he said yes almost immediately both times. I know I would've said yes.

And you can't lock a thread, genius... :dunce:

I can :D

That has nothing to do with it. It's completely unprofessional to have sex with a student. How can a student be graded fairly after the teacher jumps his bones? Several times.

Simple, the teacher grades the student fairly, if she can't do that after bonein' him she isn't fit to be a teacher. And I've tried locking the thread but can't, can a mod do it?

 That was a funny comment... I think I'll dub it the highlight of my day and go to sleep now.

I don't see how it's possible to be COMPLETELY unbiased in grading someone when you've swapped bodily fluids several times.

Why do you want to lock this thread so much?

How about if she has sex with her students, she isn't fit to be a teacher?

^Ding ding ding! I'm surprised no one said this sooner. She's his teacher, he's her student. Their age difference aside, this shouldn't have been going on in the first place.

Me too Me too... That 23 yo. teacher is HOT.. If I'd had a teacher that looked like that back when I was 14, and she'd asked, Lord knows I would've said yes... (14 year old males are like walking hormone powerplants with the control rods pulled up ;) )

Man you guys are all creeping me out now... and I have to agree with Josh, since you guys made me go to the site... BTW, she must of smoked a **** load of cigarettes or something because she don't look 23. :odd:

Josh
That girl is far from hot. She's the epitomy of white-trash. She looks like she should be in a Beverly Hillbilly's movie, or something.

Lookin' like an inbred from Arkansas.

You just HAD to spoil the fun didn't you :grumpy:

And I hardly think one can manage to look ones best when having your mugshot taken ;)

This is the part you don't seem to comprehend here, kid. She had no right to be asking him for it in the first place, regardless of wether he said yes or no.

Yes there is definetely something unfair for the other students and that's not professional, she also cheated on her husband and (the worst I can see in this yet) didn't wear protection while doing it.

Now let's put the ***** in jail, let's ruin a few years (if not all of) her life by bringing that up on national networks and the internet because of all the traumatism she caused to that poor teeneager. (still waiting for the explanation of how this guy has suffered, excluding the aftermath).

Why not just going to her husband and tell him what happened there, instead? Wouldn't an embarassing divorce be enough to punish her? No, bringing her to justice was required. Now everyone around the world is able to read the story in all of its details. Either her son will be embarassed that all this went public, or he'll simply continue to brag about it.

That pisses me off to see that happening, because very often when real cases of abuse happen, most of the time it's done by family members or close friends of the family, and when the victim complains about it, often parents just don't believe it, or never bring the case to justice. I wonder how the mother would've reacted if it were her sister in law who've done this. But that was an by far an easier target to lynch.

I myself think all those criminal charges are complete and total BS, the boy agreed to have sex when asked, I personally don't see any form of rape there. This is just one of the reasons I hate the USA with all my humanly power, the government and parents are too overprotective.

I'm really thinking of moving to Euorope now, America is just the worst place to be nowadays, but I'm not ruleing Japan out either, both are countries that place trust and responsiblility in young people, something that the US should do as well.
Good. Go. If you can't see the problem with a 23-year-old authority figure having sex with a 14-year-old student, then America is far better off without any kind of "contribution" you might make to our society.

Buh bye.

I was wondering that very same thing.... Unless she beat him up afterwards or something....

I meant it as more of a puberty thing, a 9 year old can have a baby, but a 14 year old will have the instincts to care for that baby. But in reality a line can never be drawn, as all people reach maturity at different ages. many people will tell you that child rape applies to all people under 18, but the fact is child rape means just that, rape against a child. 14 year olds are children no more than 30 year olds are, it all comes down to the fact that almost everything is determined by religion, which is also completely wrong. My religion is that whoever made us made us with free will, and that we should use that free will in a good way.
And I think that this entire post just goes to demonstrate that a 14-year-old is not mentally mature enough to make an informed decision about sex, no matter how physically mature he or she is.

Even when I was 14 I knew that I was a child compared to a 30-year-old.

But don't come to England - because here it's completely illegal for any member of staff in an educational establishment to have sex with any pupil/student there, regardless of whether the student is over the age of consent (16 in the UK) or not.

Having sex with a person under the age of consent is an offence called "statutory rape". Therefore any person having sex with a 14 year old is a rapist.

(still waiting for the explanation of how this guy has suffered, excluding the aftermath).

The aftermath is included. We all remember our first time (except those who haven't had one yet). His future will be tainted by knowing that his first time was with a woman who technically raped him. Every future girlfriend will ask "So how many woman have you slept with" (they all do it) and, even if he doesn't recount the story out loud, it'll be there in his head.

We can all have "bad" sexual experiences, but we could do without remembering that we were raped.

Then again, the guy could think he's a stud. "Hey, I've shagged my teacher. How cool am I?" - women become sex objects, just there for his pleasure. He becomes a chronic user who can't form any long-term relationships with anyone, leaves a string of illegitimate kids spread across the land and eventually dies from an STD, or leaping out of a third floor window to escape "the husband".

Or, he could turn out perfectly normal.

When all's said and done, a 23 year old woman has raped a 14 year old boy. If it were a 23 year old man and a 14 year old girl, we wouldn't be having this discussion - the thread would go "he's an evil rapist, cut his knackers off". Nonetheless it was wrong, it was illegal and both of their lives will be permanently affected by the act.

I'm just too tired to "bible-thump" this.
but suffice it to say that relationship wise, the teacher is/was wrong.
Further she knew she was wrong. She was hung up on having a physical relationship with this boy, because she knew it was wrong. This is stated in the CNN story a couple of times.

Do you want someone in authority over you that does stuff they know is wrong, just because they want to do something that isn't allowed?
Do you want this kind of influence on your kids?
Sure the 14 year-old got laid, and got some oral out of the deal. But the circumstances were "pure-D" creepy.
They did it in a car with the kid's cousin driving. I don't know about you, but having an audience keeps "little Gil" from becoming "Big Gil". There's a lot of "ick" factor here.

Y'all keep asking how the 14 year old has suffered. Well for starters, sex is supposed to be a beautiful experience shared between two people that are in love with each other. This kid now sees it as a romp in the back seat, for all to see. He now sees an authority figure cheating on the most "sacred" relationship in her life with no visible regrets, laughing about it even. What does that show him about the sanctity of marriage?
If this woman was cheating on her hubby to be with him, why shouldn't he expect that out of the woman he marries?
There is way more to this than some 7th or 8th grader getting a "shot of leg" from his teacher. Get past the "Way to go kid!, I wish I could have ****** my teacher in Middle school." Open your eyes, smell the coffee, and look at the bigger picture.
Contrary to popular belief, there is more to life than getting your d!ck wet.

hey heero12 you need money for a plane ticket? i'd be happy to send you off. Since America is the worst place in the world, how bout Iran, or Suadi Arabia, oh, how bout Africa?
