24 h nurburgring a-spec endurance race wheater change

hey guys, today i'm making the 24 h nurburgring on a audi r8 '01, i started the race with rain, the sky was total gray and the surface of the track was in 100%, then i went to pits and i saved the race and in the next time i back to the race, wheater changed radically: the sky was without clouds and the surface of track was in 100%, but it down to 0% in 3 laps, this is a bug or not ?
