Actually...we are both
wrong (

) because 15:00GMT is actually 3pm local time based on the fact that:
* 15:00GMT is also 1500 in military time (Fifteen Hundred Hours)
* You always subtract twelve (12) hours from military time to find the time as it would be displayed on a standard clock....like the one called Big Ben!
* You then take into consideration 'your' location and the time difference between YOU & GMT
And if you also go
here you'll notice that when you use the drop down menu to select 15GMT...it shows it as 03PM...
Therefore, since I live on the west coast (California) here in the United States, then any event taking place at 3pm local time in France,
(which is currently +7 hours ahead of my local time) would 'start' at 8am
my local time...
<Damn! I'm going to need to get up really early to start this race!
