Is it possible i can have someone share a 2J for a while? I have the best 400 + 500PP cars i can possibly have but yet i can barely pull 2nd for the 650 events!! I used a Buggati but it cant handle corners and i tried Zonda LM but that barely worked.

I used a detuned C6 RM for all the 650 Seasonals so far... Works fine for me!

It's one of the RM-able cars. You can buy it in the NCD and Racemod it in GT Auto.

You could also get a Level 23 ticket to get to the McLaren F1 GTR which does pretty well in those 650PP events.

Try Praiano's tune for the Zonda, you wont need the 2j

I've managed to win all of the 650pp races several times over with a variety of cars. The 2D is remarkably good if you are prepared to turbo the engine and set the gearbox up correctly for each track.

Glory is had in battle, not victory. I can think of at least 5 cars that will win a 650PP event, not from the Chappy, Zonda, or McLaren stables. And it is so much more fune to beat them all when you find one that will.

I got one up also, set for the 650pp races if anyone else fancies a go in the wedgemobile. All credit though fantastic car to drive.
As mentioned above the gtr35tc and gtr34tc will also get you through some of the 650pp races, though as dlc's I don't think they can be borrowed...

put top speed at 137
put final at 2.770
set gear ratios
1st 1.609
2nd 1.204
3rd 0.975

if you going to somewhere like the nurburgring,make 3rd gear wider until you feel comfortable with your top speed

You will get better acceleration if you use the FG to adjust your top speed, not 3rd gear. I have a great trans setup for this car. Don't recall the numbers, I'll post them later tho.

Use the ford gt lm test car it's an amazing car for 65pp events

gt40 lm spec 2 was what finally cracked no6 seasonal for me, the 2j just didn't do it. Funny how it takes a certain car to beat a certain track, this is where I find the seasonal events interesting and get to explore cars I have picked up and never used!

For the nurb I left the 2j gears stock and opened 3rd to get the top speed to around 180, roughly equal to what I thought the competition would reach in the straights. Not that it helped any, the nurb and the 2j are not a happy match for me.

The GT40LM 2 did it for me too. If you are desperate a detuned Toyota 88 will win at all the tracks

I donno ive got 30k miles on my 650pp one and its got atleast 100mil to its name, I think its a amazing car
