You have to create the picture yourself using a 3D renedering program. The whole picture is created in a 3d enviroment and you render the picture as a still.

Unfortunately the software costs big money and you need to spend alot of time and effort to create decent looking pictures.

Not to complain, or anything, I just find it wierd that the front of the car is blurred, while the side isn't. I think it would look better if the front isn't blurred.
But overall, the picture is very cool.
I would really like to see some of his other stuff...
