My car's at about 119,300 miles, should I get the 30/60/90 maintenance done at 120,000, since it goes in increments of 30,000?

I wouldn't know, I bought it at 118k with no records, so i'm assuming it wasn't.

That would tend to be the correct cycle. And if you're a new owner you might want to just get it serviced anyway.

I suggest you do it. Snapped timing belts and such can lead to much worse problems like bent valves. Baisc tune-up type things you can do yourself if you're mechanically inclined. If it's a stick, draining and filling the tranny shouldn't be too difficult, you can most likely do that yourself again if you're even slightly mechanically inclined. Things like tranny flushes (if you're car is an automatic), and coolant flushes, just take it somewhere you trust and have them do it.

Indeed :) Thanks for the input, i'll get it done at my next oil change (on the 23rd)
