There is a noticeable difference. with 1080p theres no flickering jumpimg pixels with motion or blury pixels to lessin the flicker. 1080p is crisp clear with no motion flicker.

If you can you can try using a 480i mode with 360 then swtich to 480p and back to 480i, there is a differense. Same with Tekken 5, very noticeable.
Would you rather a good looking game that isn't worth playing? Since playstation 2 and Xbox I have notice games becoming more attractive but lacking in gameplay, this isn't true for all but still that fact remains, I can live with 720p so long as the game play is up to standard.Just what I was going to say.
Texture, and other affects are all well and good, but I am saying, if you are the type of person who would rather have good texture with horrible gameplay and story line, then by all means enjoy your 1080p.Notice how I said "actual" graphics, you know, textures, shader effects polygons, normal maps. I responded to his responce to what I said. Hes talking about gameplay not matching graphics. Resolution is an after thought to actual graphics. Art direction, art style and talent having nothing to do with how many pixels are being rendered. Thats my point.
The. . .Forget it, people never see eye to eye in this world, I understand what you are saying but you don't see my point. . .Dude, you missed my point agian!
