370Z Tuned Car?

This is on the Vehicle list, but I don't think anyone has seen it. It's not in the dealership. The only 370Z there is the Fairlady Z34. Has ANYONE seen this car?

Weirdness. So, the only way to get the car is randomly? Man, I hope there's a lot of Random Car Tickets. I think I have 5 Left: B-spec Expert, Extreme and Endurance and A-spec Extreme and Endurance.
