Make sure your up to date in your Direct X. www.microsoft.com/directx If you don't have 8.0 or better I don't think 3dmark2k2 will run.

Ok. I have Dirext X 8.1 and the latest drivers from Nvidia, but it still comes up blured every time I try to run it.

Your textures are blurred? That means your LOD (level of detail) is too low. Normal levels should be at a +/- 0.0. High detail is at -3.0 and low detail (blurry) is +3.0. Download the GeforceTweakUtility at www.guru3d.com You can tweak the LOD and a lot more with it.

Right. I have now downloaded the the latest drivers from Nvidia themselfs (The one's I downloaded yesterday were old) and I can now run the test using D3D Software (D3D Hardware still comes up as if the test has a shadow) but it was deathly slow I and got a score of 1077, and I KNOW my computer's faster than that.

Latest score 1673. Still slow, AND it was 800x600 instead of 1024x768

My old 166 got a score in the 1000's. I'm not sure why you're running it in software mode.

TVR u got the same gfx card as me, is it the one with the GeForce 2 chipset and is AGP 64mb ? if so then u got the same one as me lol

Similar. It's Geforce2, but only 32mb
