I dont know how to hybrid and we are barred from discussing the "how-to" of it as well before you ask. 3k meter is a run to say the least. Ummmm my ps3 is down at the moment but I can say you would want a REALLLYYY wide gearset with a fairly low 1-3 and a good high 4th-final gear. everything else would probably be similar to a regular drag car as far as suspension.
