Porsche has been toying with the 989 Project for nearly a decade now. It'll most likely never happen. None of those are real cars, they're just photoshops.

They have been toying with a 928 replacement foy years now, but i don't see the point - the 911 (apart from the GT3) have become over weight cruisers, and the Cayanne is a fast, practical four door. There would be too much overlap - they probably still will make one though!

Seen that in Auto Bild couple months ago. I think it would be better if the car had RX-8 type doors. Just my opinion

That was in road & Track a couple monthes back. It supposed to be the next generation 928 - 944...

Surely though if they had something that was more cruiser orientated, a fast GT they could concentrate on sharpening the 911? Oh, and I think you'll find the 989, the 4 door that looks very 993ish was in fact a real prototype.

Next thing you know, Porsche is going to be designing a wagon. IMO, the whole point of having a Porsche is to have a lightweight, nimble sports car, and Porsche itself is moving away from that. If I were to own a Porsche, I'd almost rather have one of their older 911's than what they're making today.
