Hey guys :)

Just wondered how many laps the AI does on either of the 4-hour enduros? I'm thinking about doing them with the FGT or similar, just to get it over with, as I'm not a huge fan of either track :)

You can only use an MX-5/Miata/Mazda Roadster on the Tsukuba 4h endurance. Also I don't know how many laps they do, but some people do use the X2010, race for a few hours, leave it unpaused for the rest of the time then complete one last lap after the 4th hour. It'll be easy enough to work out when you're doing it, though, just make a note of their lap times, work out how many laps they could do (exclude the extra time pitstops take just to give yourself a bigger margin), do more than that number and get close to the finish line, set a timer on your phone for however much is left on the clock, go away, come back when the timer goes off, cross the finish.

So for example, if they take 1 minute to lap Tsukuba and the race is an hour long, they could do 60 laps if they make no mistakes and are consistent. Add a margin to that for safety (even though they'll need to pit eventually which takes time), so do 80 laps and you'll be safe to leave it to keep running.

Thanks for the advice on the Tsukuba. :)

What you describe was my actual plan, I just wanted to get some numbers from the users, to make sure I didnt miscalculate or anything :p

I think on the Roadster endurance race the AI I raced with did around 170-190 laps.

I know when I did the roadster enduro I manage about 234 (while AI did 200) I was 34 laps ahead,

On 4 hour Nurburg if the R8 LMS is racing you can park it at the end of lap 28, if it isn't lap 27.

Exactly this, I did 27 laps and made a break. however I did not know that the R8 LMS is able to do 28 laps, so I came in second. Keep that in mind, it will save you from some frustration.
