i like the original rx-7 better, not a fan of that white one, looks a bit chubby in the rear. you know the back of that car reminds me of the toyota solara.
Downing used to race a 4-rotor car back in the 90's. It sounded like that and at speed, oh my god! It was truly ungodly loud! I thought my racecar was loud!

The hood is from Scoot, hence the Scoot license plate on the front of the car. RE Amemiya "borrowed" the design, and came out with a similar hood dubbed the AD9, minus the intake duct. The hood, is also the only thing available on this car that you can buy, other then the wheels.
The engine is a 26b 4rotor, the last I heard, they were unable to get adequete whp number's, due to the violent wobbling of the rotor's breaking the motor mount's.
As for it "trying to be a Viper". When was the last time you saw a Viper with jack-knife door's? Alot of people call the FD RX7 the baby Viper, but don't forget what car came out first. The Viper is nothing more then an overweight, big RX7.
