does nayone have good settings for a supra thats has between 400-500 hp. looking for a good setup for road racing.
i searched but all i found were these 800 + monster cars.

those settings will work good with 400hp. just adjust the gear ratios to be tighter and make the lsd less agressive. :) Use one of the ones here as a base and make a setup yourself. 👍

If you really have no idea what to do then this is a good opportunity to learn a bit about car tuning. and its easier to use someone elses set as a base and work from there.

Try these settings for the Supra: (no driving aids, spoiler, sports soft tyres, no NOS)

13/10.5 spring rate
95/100 ride height
5/5 bound
7/7 rebound
3.0/1.0 camber
-1/3 toe
3/5 stabiliser

5/7 brake balance

10/10/10 limited slip disk

30/25 downforce

1 auto gear ratios
3500 final gear ratio

Result is a drift king with an attitude. 1.04.xxx lap record around Midfield Raceway with the full 800+Hp tune, during a race against a fully tuned Skyline R34. The Skyline had a lead of 200m by the first corner (Skyline is quicker in the 0-1000m test by 2s). The Supra caught up and took the lead before the end of the first lap! Replay to that race was super cool. ;)

If you're only sticking to -500Hp, try a higher final gear ratio, less downforce and lower the spring rates (but keep the difference between front and back identical).

The SZ-R is short on torque and that would be a big problem for me. An RZ tuned to 400 bhp would accelerate quite much better than an SZ-R with similar bhp figures.

How fast can that set get around Tsukuba with N2 and Sports Soft tyres?

I'll try tonight, Sports Soft only, post the time tomorow. N2 will need a different set-up. The settings I just posted are "riding on the edge" and I can barely keep it on the road if I'm going for a lap record. N2 tyres will need tightening things up otherwise the lap time won't be anything special. I did fit Racing Super Soft Tyres and driving aids and achieve 1.02.xx around Midfield Raceway, but I'm sure I can go faster.

IncredibleLE, in settings you have A/B/C. It's definitely worth experimenting with having 3 different set up for the same car (parts and settings). You could have one setting for -400Hp one for +800Hp and maybe one close to stock. Just some ideas, hope you find out what suits you most. As you become more and more experienced in tuning and testing you'll find your best set up and it will become quicker and easier to do. Have fun. :)
