400pp Recommendation ?

I have plenty of descent rides now but i am well short up to the 400pp department. Does anyone have any good tips what cars to tune and any tunes i could try ?

Thanks for some food for thought there lads ! Looking for a nice wee racer though not something to go to the shops ! Some really quirky cars i never would have considered. So far i have tuned a hyundai tiburon and a little lupo, Any more ideas what to tune, fire them up please !
