Just my say, but if I had the power...
This thread would be "removed" and the thread starter would get a polite pm about the various levels of post quality along with a tutorial on how to effectively post a message.
CRVdrifter, try to take more time with your post and pose a question or suggest a fully developed topic for discussion.
Later.
For real though, enjoy your stay and don't let the newb ragging get you down.![]()
When adding extra letters to a word to denote an extended sound, as if were spoken, it is correct to add extra vowels, but incorrect to add extra consonants. In the usage above, the correct pronunciation accents the "a" sound, not the "n" sound. And yet the poster has typed numerous n's even though he does not mean to say "mannnn...", but rather, "maaaan".mannn.....

Drive safely now, y'hear?* You will not post messages that are clearly outside of the stated topic of any Forums nor disrupt a forum by deliberately posting repeated irrelevant messages or copies of identical messages (also known as "flooding"). Downright stupid and blatantly wasteful comments and posts, as judged by our moderators, will be removed.
* You will, if asked by a representative of the Forums, cease posting any content, and/or links to content, deemed offensive, objectionable, or in poor taste by the staff of the Forums.
* No slang words that promote laziness, ie; "r", "u", "plz", etc.
* Half decent grammar is expected. Use of capital letters starting sentences is looked upon favorably. Spelling half decently is also encouraged.
* Off topic posts shall be allowed in designated forums (The Rumble Strip), but it shall be to the moderator's discretion when and why to move a message from one forum to the other.
