Just started looking into Info about the Tokyo Auto Show. I will be going on all of the days that I don't have finals.

I've never been before so i'm a bit excited!

Discuss.

*edit* First day going. Going again on the last day. It's very difficult to get photo's because of how many people there are and how they just swarm around the cars.

List:
- Alpina
- Audi
- BMW
- Citroen
- Honda
- Jaguar
- KTM
- Lexus
- Lotus
- Maybach
- Mazda
- Mercedes-Benz
- Nissan
- Porsche

- Toyota

Wish I could be there :grumpy:

One car I'll definitely have to watch from abroad is the new Mitsubishi Mirage. It looks like it could be a way bigger contender in the supermini market than it is now. I quite like the new design, and the cabin looks SO much better than the current Colt's. If they can get an HDI engine from their PSA partners into the engine bay, they have a very attractive package right there. Could be the much needed breakthrough for Mitsubishi Europe. They haven't sold well since the last 8th gen Galant rolled off the assembly line in 2003.

Was intending to get to Tokyo this year but didn't have the funds unfortunately. Hopefully by next year I'll be getting paid to go instead...

I'm most intrigued by the Toyobaru and the Suzuki Regina concept, which shows a bit of unusual design flair from Suzuki and they're claiming 72mpg (US) combined from it from a regular petrol engine, which is pretty incredible.

Can't wait till they announce the JDM civic, the European civic was a big disappointment in terms of well..... everything.

^ From what I heard the Japanese civic is going to be the asian market model. Not too sure if they're going to sell civics in Japan anymore.

Both of these unveiled at Tokyo...

Alpina B3 GT3 (not actually a GT3 race car...)

Heading out the door to it in about 20 minutes guys. Will post every picture that I take in this thread. It's going to be a lot.

Lol, that's the most expressive face I've seen on a car in ages. It says irritated and bored at the same time. I don't know if that's the sort of look you'd want a car to have, but it's awesome.

Do it, Suzuki! DO IT!
