My interests are now pointing the 4WD way. All my GT life i have been drifiting FR and FF cars, and never really any 4WD cars. I tried it once and i found it very difficult for me to keep the drift.I was wondering what are some really good 4WD cars to use to drift.Technique on how to initiate the drift,enter/exit the cornners, and how to keep it going would be really appreciated...Also, if you have any settings for the 4WD cars, can you please share them, because im horrible at 4WDs

Use the Skyline R34 V-Spec II. It's a good beginner car to use. Go to the Settings Depot and look for the settings for that car. When you start to drift 4WD, you have to feint drift it so you can get the car sidways before the corner. I practiced it a lot, as you can see in my thread, but it took a long time for me to learn it. To keep the car going, I just floor the gas during a corner and when I need the car to stop oversteering, then I let go of the gas for .5 seconds and then floor the gas. Try that :) The drifts that I pulled off took lots of free time because there was no general outline for how to drift 4WD when I started. Good luck :)

hey on the rebound thingy, the front tire should be 2, 8 and 4, 10 and some other stuff, just do the same setting for all cars, its almost the sameway

Settings:
Spring Rate: 15/12
Ride Height: front should be lower then the back (LOW)
Shock Bound: 2/8
Shock Rebound: 4/10
Camber Angle: 0.0/0.0 (that makes the car grip on turns)
Toe Angle: 0/0 (that also makes it grip on turns)
Stabilizers: 2/4
Brake Balance: 19/19
LSD Initial: 10/20
LSD Accel: 10/30
LSD Decel: 10/20
Gear ratios: Even out the gear and put the final all the way but first put on the Auto to Very short for SPORTS all the way to the left

ASM:0 (for cars less than 600HP) with cars 600HP up is ASM 2
TCS:1 (for all cars, leave this the same)

Tyres:
Front: Super soft
Rear: Super soft

To begin 4WD drifting, try an EVO V. Fully upgraded, only medium hard tyres, ASM and TCS 0.
It drifts itself.
Feint and accel off, then countersteer and control the throttle. That's the tricks to drift any corner whith this car.

i tried that, and it pretty much works, thanks...btw, where do u have your Impreza LM settings and your FTO LM settings, because those 2 cars are in my garage and there just sitting there, never really raced them yet.

First of all, i think there's not many people who really care about what you say, since it's always the same subject anyway. You just paste the same reply on almost every post here, right?
The fact is, you've made a fool of yourself by repeating the same things over and over. If that wasn't bad enough, you really don't make sense:odd:

Maybe it'll shut you up if someone told you that 1:19:446 was an ok time on trial mountain, but you really can't rely on others believing you without any proof. For me, if your time is what you claim, cheers, you're not that bad.... but really, does it matter?

Throw in a screenshot or two to back up your times and maybe i'll commend you. Till then - peace out

How to make a bad situation worse

Lesson: 1

type this in response to someone informing you to use some sense and act a little more mature.

Okay this is what happened

akina said this

weight shift an perform no counter steer drift.

option2 said this

then akina said this

Hey if u guys don’t believe my skill ask night_drifter. Cause u guys talking hella SH** aight im trying to help only

and the rest is history.

Now akina, remember when you said something about this not being an English essay? Well treat it like one cus no one here understands you, take your time with your posts cus you are going to get a lot of these  if you don't.

Okay, I understand what you mean when you say “weight shift an perform no counter steer drift” but how is that going to help someone that does not know how to drift? They wont have the slightest clue what you are talking about. If you are going to try to help, you have to make your posts clear, detailed and put some time into it! Other wise don’t bother; you won’t impress or help anyone with these kinds of comments.

if i can get a Trueno with 387hp to hit 1:19:446 on trial moutain u guys should have an good example, but i guess u guyz dont see it.

I think everyone and their dog knows about this time of yours on trial mountain. Fast lap times will not get you respect, no matter how fast, even if you pulled a 1:17 it really would not make a difference.

You had no reason to flip out because someone was confused over your post. It’s not always about you, but you sure made it that way in the end. This is no longer a 4WD drifting thread but another “Akinda_86 thinks he’s great let’s all watch him flip out thread”. There really are a lot of them, almost every thread you post in ends up with something like this. I hope this makes you realise that there is something wrong with the stuff you are posting. AND NO ONE HERE IS BASHING YOUR SKILL! I just wanted to make that clear.

hahahahahaha thats so freaken funny you guys, man i dont know what to say but just smile and laugh at you all hahahahahhha no COMMENTS HAHAHAHAHA

Now WTF you just said? :odd:
Nobody understands you...

uhh... so "aight" and "peace outs" are worth wasting your time, while talking like someone older than 6 years old ISN'T? wow dude...you need some help

Well if someone posts something it would be nice to understand it, wouldn't it?
And do you have too much time also as you bothered to answer too?

hey hey..i found it. this pretty much sums up the way everyone on this forum feels :p

 Nice one LanEvo

akina_86, it seems like that the people in this forum are just annoyed by the way you post your responses. One way to avoid all of the criticism of your response, try to think about what you want to say and then try to type it in perfect English. Not perfect, but articulate enough so that people in this forum can understand you. This forum has so many diverse members ranging from 10 year olds to people as old as people in their mid-50's. Try to consider that when you type your response. Here's my recommendation: since you're at school, you don't have to respond to this forum because IMO school is always above anything else. If you put school anywhere else on the list, then you'll just change your destiny. You don't always have to respond even you're at school. Don't try to use it as an excuse though. It just makes you look different.
