Hey, I'm looking specifically for 4 wheel drive cars, mainly race cars, but quick non-race cars too aren't so bad either.

Just want to know what some are really, I have quite a few.

Also, what are your experiences with them? Do you like them?

Personally, I like the traction of them, and they're usually a joy to drive, although I have made my Veyron worse at cornering, I never did think such a thing was possible.

My personal favourite has to be the Mitsubishi FTO Super Touring Car, it's just so smooth to drive, great traction, and very good acceleration too. Haven't really had a bother with any handelling problems, either. Also quite like the Subaru Impreza GT300 as well, it has fantastic traction that car, I was a little worried when I saw 385BHP but it flies to say the least. The ZZII also, even though a supercar, is a great by, 60,000Cr (just under) and easily one of the better cars in the game.

I just love the no effort driving of a lot them for pretty reasonable results, more of a sit back and relax sort of drive (making endurance races a pleasure, rather than a grind), but a quick tweak, and you have something you can really push and get a lot out of, both time and fun wise.

So what do you all think?

Mentioned so far (and/or from my collection):
Impreza
Skyline's/GT-R's (Mine's & Nissan)
Evo's
RUF CTR2
FTO Super Touring Car
Impreza Super Touring Car & GT300
ZZII
Audi RS6
Audi R8 / Le Mans
Audi TTS (good when modded)
Lamborghini Gallardo/Murcielago
Various Rally Cars
Mazda 6 Touring Car
Escudo
Rally Raid's
Honda Dualnote Concept/Acura DSX (suprisingly good cars)
Veyron
Alfa 155 DTM
R32 Golf's (HPA and VW)
HPA TT
Calibra Super Touring Car

I like the Impreza in general. Since I've been sticking to premium cars its mainly the 05 and 2010 model.

For some reason I find them to be more rotatable vs others, in stock form at least. With tunable LSD and torque split though you can make most AWD car to drive ok. The nicest one to drive I have is the GT300 Cusco Subaru Impreza and a modded 2010 Sedan.

I've always had a thing for the Audi R8. I love its handling and the way you can toss the back end out if and when you want to, but otherwise it's very well behaved. Put some soft racing tires and a rear wing on it and it's practically glued to the track. Lots of fun on the 'Ring. The Nissan Skyline GT-R's are fun to drive as well. Lots of power and quite controllable.

I Forgot about the R8. That is quite surprising how well that car drives in game. Mostly neutral, and less nervous than the Gallardo....

I actually like the V8 model more than the V10 though. The sound off that thing is one of the nicest IMO in game...

Mines Skyline? That's a RWD, right?
It's such a perfectly balanced car anyway!

As far as the Audi's are concerned, I have a Chromeline R8, with the V10, drives like a dream, for stability though the Le Mans Quattro of it is slightly better, a little quicker, but also, a little less fun.

The Mine's Skyline is 4WD, have considered buying it but not sure, is it any better than buying the Premium R34 Skyline from Nissan and modifying that?

Ruf CTR2, Nissan GT-R, Audi R8 5.2 FSI Quattro, Lamborghini Murciélago LP 670-4 SV, Nismo 400R. These are my favourite 4WD road cars. The Murciélago LP 670-4 is much more controllable compared with the LP 640, but are both fun to push to their limits.

Never tried the RUF, haven't found one in the UCD yet, haven't tried the Supervolce either, got a Chromeline LP640, I like the handelling of it really, good to throw around.

The SV has less off-throttle skid, and I think better overall suspensions in stock condition (and obviously much power). If you like also race cars, try the Alfa Romeo 155 2.5 V6 TI '93, it was also in gt4 and I loved it, smashing the DTM championship 👍

The CTR2 just appeared in my UCD, if you want I can buy it and trade it to you 👍

Have to agree with this. The R8 V10 and GTR are amazing if a little dull. The non SV Murcielago is fun but perhaps a little scary. The LP 670-4 SV however is a magnificent car, one of my favourites at the moment along with the MR 430 Scuderia.

My favorites are probably:
R8 4.2, bone stock
Ruf CTR2
RS6 Avant
VW R32

..any of the audis really..
I do wish the new Golf R was around, but no luck.

you can race mod a mkiv Golf...They seem pretty nice, but i have never driven one.

Not a fan of the RS6, don't want a car you'd travel to Ikea in :P.

Tommy Kaira ZZII. If you find one one in the UCD, get it. It will destroy most of the cars referred in this thread. It is a mid-engined 4 wheel drive car so the description might say it is a MR. And it is a very cheap car considering the performance. (60k credits)

Edit: Just remembered you mentioned this car in your first post. Sorry.

It's listed as a 4wd, and is a really good car, especially for 60k, not really tried racing mine, but I'd bet it can do a lot of the game.

Some of the greatest fun ive had with this game has been from doing dirt and snow tracks with the Pikes Peak Escudo. Its also a pretty decent racer on tarmac as well :dopey:

I use the Escudo a lot, it's so controllable, and you can have a good bit of sideways action too if you want,

Can't go wrong with the Audi R8 V10 and the Nissan GT-R.

My GT-R seems to have quite the understeer problem :/ lol. R8 is solid though, great fun.

Alfa Romeo 155/DTM/Touring Cars
Tommy Kaira ZZII
RUF CTR2
Audi RS6 02 Sedan
Audi RS6 08 Avant
Audi Lemans/R8's
ESCUDO/Veyron
22B/Impreza/Evo/R34/R33/R32

Best "General List"

Added a list to the original post, with those included :P thanks ^.^

Another I'll add is the HPA Twin Turbo Audi TT, has over 700 hp fully modded and is really fun to drive.

I have a lot of fun driving the Mazda6 Touring Car, not the fastest, but its a lot of fun

Vauxhaul Calibra Super touring car is 4wd, very nice to drive also

My GT-R seems to have quite the understeer problem :/ lol. R8 is solid though, great fun.

Have you tried to tune it? I tuned mine and it drives on rails.
