1. Despite being taught to write in cursive late into my elementary school years, I never truly got it down, and nowadays, I couldn't do it even if I wanted to. Which doesn't bother me at all because I never liked cursive writing anyway, and I find it hard to read at times.
2. I'm the kind of person who, if I don't vibe with the art style of a TV show, movie, or video game, there's a good chance I won't care for the rest of it.
3. When I eat something hot and/or spicy, I tend to crave ice cream afterward, I guess to counteract it.
4. I tend to get compliments on how good my memory is for things that happened a long time ago.
5. I don't think recycling content in video games is a bad thing as long as the devs don't become overly dependent on it.

I was really bad at cursive writing too when I was younger, never liked it. I always write in regular print. My handwriting is also neat too.

See it's good for some people having a talent for writing in cursive, but I'm just not aptly skilled at it, so I've been sticking with regular handwriting for years.

1. I can't read cursive well, it just looks like scribbles to me most of the time. Which is why I'm glad most of the messages I read nowadays are printed.
2. I have listened to 3 different songs named "Black Sheep". One was produced by the band "Metric", one produced by the band "Dorothy", and one by the band "Sonata Arctica".
3. The only comic book series I finished reading was "Scott Pilgrim".
4. I like Frappuccinos.
5. I enjoy white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate.

2. I use a "Rock Candy" branded Xbox 360 controller for the PC.
1. An update on this fact since I stated it a long time ago, I now play PC with either a Xbox Series X/S controller or a PS5 Controller.
2. Following that note, I collect video game controllers and basically alternate between them when playing games. The controllers I have focused collecting in the past few years are modern Xbox Controllers and PS5 controllers. Though I also collected Gamecube controllers and PS2 controllers.
3. My favorite brand of Root Beer is likely Barg's, though I'm still fond of Mug and A&W.
4. I really enjoy cream soda, but often forget about it when shopping for soft drinks. I didn't forget during my last shopping trip however.
5. I sometimes collect scale model cars, usually 1/43 or 1/36 scale.

1. I get annoyed when people talk about politics too much, and I have gotten to the point where I will unfollow (not unfriend) anyone on Facebook who posts about them too often. I can handle some mentions of it here and there, but when it becomes all I ever see from that person, that's where I want to start tuning them out.
2. I stopped drinking Mountain Dew back on April 9th, and I have yet to drink another. This is the longest I have gone without one in roughly a decade.
3. I don't like intro or outro cinematics in YouTube videos most of the time, and I think they're better off without them.
4. I have gotten to where I frequently look up the definitions of words these days.
5. Lately, I have been shifting my focus away from music and more towards gaming, simply because I have noticed I don't even listen to a lot of the music I have after buying it, and I have found I get a lot more out of gaming.

1. I said this back in 2024:
3. My interest in collecting diecast cars, although not gone, is waning since I haven't quite found a decent method to properly store my most recent additions to my collection and haven't really been to any places that sell cars I care a lot about in a while. My desire to customize diecast however is still something I care about, albeit not as much as I used to.
And at the time, it was true, but as of recent, my interest has been on the upswing ever since. It's not unheard of for me to lose a little interest in it, only for it to come back later.
2. I don't post as often as I used to when I first started, and I tend to prefer to keep a low profile in most cases.
3. I love watching Star Wars lore videos, especially those on Star Wars Legends. The Rakata Infinite Empire and Yuuzhan Vong being among my favorite subjects above all others.
4. I actually really enjoyed the year 2020, more so than most, and I look back at it very, very fondly despite everything that went on in it.
5. I really hate the idea of homework, and it's something I really wish had become a thing of the past a long time ago.

Doing hours of homework was a nightmare for me too, my mom had to help me 75% of the time. History was my worst subject, so was English.

Sorry to hear that. I can understand why it exists and why teachers would assign it, and I can handle having just a little, but when they overdo it, which happens FAR too often, that's where I lose all respect for it. It's just frustrating at times, tends to cut into time that would be better spent with family, or something more fulfilling, and I feel like it does more harm than good. It's even worse in middle and high school when you attend multiple classes, and the teachers have no way of knowing, and some probably not even caring, how much homework you get from other classes, which means it can stack up and become pretty overwhelming.

My brother had it worse than anybody in my entire family. He had a language arts teacher in 6th grade who gave him so much homework that he could not for the life of him find any time for himself, because she gave so much homework, he pretty much stayed busy with that all day. And the work he got was not even hard; it was just stressful and overwhelming. My mom spoke to his teacher and asked her to throttle back on it since he didn't get any time for himself, and she said she would, but then she never did! :grumpy: He ended up staying busy all the way to the end of the school year, which was totally unnecessary. May not have been my situation, but I can't help but feel bad for him anyway. Sadly, it was hardly the only time it happened, either. I could keep going.
