Ok well my big concern was that all cars I posted are around 600pp or less n my challenger rm is at 620+pp

I think I have added most of you guys to my friends list on PSN. If I haven't please send me a request as well. Other than that I qualified 10th for the ARSA Indy 500. I qualified at 12th and then was on the bubble at 17th. Then on bump day I shaved my laps down and qualified 10th. First lap of the race another driver was very wreckless and wiped out 4 guys in the first corner and I had to pit because the race was ran with heavy damage. We used the FGT and were working in packs, bump drafting, slingshoting and drafting to save resources. I had 2 wrecks due to careless drivers. Two minor racing incidents which yeilded me damage to my right suspension. First time I continued and held pace behind the leader and drove out 20 more laps. Second time I received suspension damage was at lap 191 and my draft buddy didnt know and went to bump me on the straight and spun me out. Prior to I was riding with him for 20 laps and made up 5 laps. I was originally down by 6 laps at 170 and made it to 1 lap down at 191 in 4th place riding with 3rd place. But the incident took me around the track and into the pits and I finished the race on lap 197 in 5th place. Not bad at all. There was also 1 or 2 spin outs I had on my own that yeilded damage. One spin out I occured I somehow maraculously saved it and didnt make contact with the wall. I was able to drive off damage free! OwensRacing won the race, good job Owens. The race was an official GTPlanet Championship. 21 GTper's registered and only 9 finished the race. The race was also streamed live here on GTPlanet. Was bad A$$!! Tough competition against some really good drivers. Took lots of patience, practice, endurance and skill. To give you an example of how fast I was in the final 30 laps...OwensRacing made 4 pits all race and one pit is 2min or 2min30sec with full refeul. I made 7 pits, 3 for refuel & 4 accidents. Thats 10min of pit stops for Owens and 15min30sec for me. A difference of 5min30sec. Average lap is 38sec. Thats a total of 9 laps down, I made up 3 laps the first 170laps and was 6 down at 171. I made it to 1 lap down at 191. In 20 laps I made up 5 laps. But due to my wreck at lap 191-192 I was put down to 3 laps back. That means I was shaving 5 sec off each lap while I was pushing hard. Holy $h!t

I'd like to get some more response in this thread from the following guys up on the roster. Just looking to hear if you are still interested, if you will make the prize races and to verify your car selection. I'm running these practice lobbies so we can get tuned for the main events (prize races). Everyone should have an Indy, Daytona, Road Course, High Speed Ring, Short Track and Gravel Tunes for their rides. You will need to work on these as these cars are not the most forgiving to handle!!

Added MustangRyan (droptop2001gt)......Still looking to add 6 more guys! Next weekend is final practice weekend! The following week will begin the season, we will start the season Friday, June 17th at Daytona with exhibition races!

Practice went really good last night after the lag issues were worked out. Ran at Daytona a few races and picked it back up later at Mazda for a few, then the High Speed Ring for another couple. I also decided to throw Clubman Stage 5 for one. And we brought it back to Daytona for a couple. It was a good night of good racing and thanks for coming out for those who came. Overall I think we have a really good field of drivers!! No one seems to drive dirty or wreckless. And everyone so far can hold their line!! Good job guys!

This week's schedule:

Open Lobby (until official series races start, then will move to my lounge): 60s/70s NASCAR
Friday : 9pm - 11pm cst possibly sooner, maybe 7pm)
Saturday : 2pm - 4pm cst possibly sooner, maybe at noon)
Sunday : 2pm - 4pm cst possibly sooner, maybe at 1:30pm)

GROUP PRACTICE - Will be used to introduce tracks, tune and practice together so we are all familiar with each others driving styles and the tracks. We will spend about 15 minutes on each track during each session. I will load the selected track and there will be a 5 minute practice followed by a quick 2-4 lap exhibition race and after the race there will be another 5 minute tuning session held at that track. Once that is complete we will move on to the next track.
