The car is a version of the Zonda. If u go too fast and try to brake to make a turn, it wont stop until u hit the walls, unlike the Toyota Gt-1 race car.

You just need to get used to driving the car, it will definitely surprise you as to how great it really is. Try fiddling with the settings a little, for instance, tune it so that it has better acceleration than top speed.
Also try not to turn while you are braking, in this car I have found the best results from braking before the turn, and accelerating through it.

the 787B is actually the best car in the game (besides the F1 cars)
....sounds like you are just having problems with the setup
 
Sounds like your dyslexic or something I dont mean to be rude but if you cant drive that car you cant drive any of the cars in the game. That car is awsome out of the box. I never even mess with the settings and still i kick some serious ass when I use it, as a matter of fact I never lost a race in it. So keep trying you love it. :D :2cents:

And also say that Tom's suggestion goes for just about any car in the game ... and real life for that matter. You don't break after you've turned the wheel - that's just stupid. You slow the car down first, then turn, then come down HARD on the accellerator and power out of the turn. Unless of course you've got a heavy backend and are afraid of overstear. Then you ease onto the accelerator and slam it when you're pointed down the next strait.

Speaking of brakes Tercel I think you must have hit the brakes after you hit the wall, because and I think everyone would agree with me thats the only way you got that car to hit the wall next to F1 cars thats the car that has the best brakes. :amish:
 
Version of Zonda?! No it's not! It's a Mazda, Japanese, A LeMans car, has a rotory engine! It's not a Zonda! It's one of the best cars in the game, and just because you can't drive worth crap doesn't mean the car sucks.

Why am I even listning to you? You drive a Tercel... :rolleyes:

[Edit]- My 323 will beat your Tercel, easily...

I agree with yourufrgt_sn00pie2001 The 787 B is one of the easiest cars to drive!

Since you hate the car I hate you Mr Tercel_driver! Sure you weren't drunk when you drove it? Maybe check it's tyres more downforce?
 
I will agree here with this one. The 787B is almost the best car in the game. Mine has many, many miles on it. I didn't even bother the settings one bit, and I have no trouble driving. And I stay out of the dirt pits, too!

I must point out... My Plymouth Breeze can beat the Tercel :cheeburga Expresso style, too!! ;)

Heck, I can drive the Viper Team Oreca better than this ugly race car.

The Viper looks beautiful compared to the 787b. They should have put a spoiler in the front of the 787b like the Escudo: "Monster"

So you're an eaqual oppertunity hater? I personally hate you for all it's worth, the 787B will kill the viper if you only knew how to drive it.
 
you blame the car for your unability to drive it, that's sad. just because you drive a tercel and it is easy as walking to drive doesn't mean the 787B sucks.

And second, there are a lot of cars that may go fast , but the handling sux, like the Escudo, Pagani, 787b, Skyline Series except the Race Cars, and others.


The 787b can go very fast, but if I get the Toyota GT-1 road car
I can go faster without the hassle of tunning it.

Pagani, 787B, and Skylines handle awesome .....you must be on crack buddy
 
Read around the threads in here dude. You will see that the majority says that the 787B is better than the Toyota GT-One and the Nissan R390. That is simple fact.

And yes, this is funny to see an argument brewing, but go check out the 787B thread. There is plenty of material there to read as well. I will actually have to say I can drive the 787B easier and better than the GT-One. But hey, that's just me :rolleyes:
