8 GB Install Data

When playing GT5 for the first time, it asked me if I wanted to do a 50 minute optional install, I clicked yes and waited for it to finish. After a month, I checked the options page and there is a button for installing the 8 GB install data which seems to do the same thing. Do I need to do it again? I thought that option should have been crossed out or something.
 
Nope, it does the same thing for everyone. You don't need to re-do it, don't worry about that :)
 
The install is a must do. Or else your load times will be a pain, in which they all ready are. But imagine it without the install package, then we all would be hating life.
 
I did the extra install from the settings menu, after I installed the initial 8GB and some things load faster imo. (could be mind tricks though). It took roughly 10 min. with the extra installment. I believe it was around 7-800mb that was added to the 8GB.
