Hey there guy, u cannot increase hp by lowering ride height, lower ride height increases top speed by lower the cars center of gravity.

Did u mean 800mph?!?!?!?!?!?!

adding HP by adjusting ride height, now that would be cool! yeah i think he means MPH, couse i never seen a HP thread relating to this.

No, that is reffered to as "Rice power"
its a process by which rice-boyz increase the performance of their cars by cutting springs with bolt cutters, tinting their windows, bolting on 747 wings to their trunk, and attaching what can only be a pumpkin cannon to their exhaust.

For instance,
The top of the line 2002 civic is the EX with 127 HORSE power and 114 lb/ft of torque. These number added together go into calculating a car's rice power.
so 127+114 = 241
then you add the mods

Suspension - 10 rp/inch dropped
Tint - %opaque - 2 rp/bubble
Wing - 1 rp/inch of total surface area * number of surfaces
Exhaust - total area inside tip (pi *r^2)
Stickers - 10 rp for "turbo" and "type R" 2 rp for all others
Body kits vary by tackinessl

So, an otherwise stock civic EX, dropped 3.5 inches with a dual layer 100 sq inwing, 70% tint, and a 6 inch tip, and a dozen or so stickers has a WHOPPING 614 ricepower. Not quite the 800 you were looking for, but an amazing sum nonetheless. Your average rice-boy realizes that few would believe a HORSEpower sum of 614 from a civic EX, so the number traded with friends is generally HALF of the actual rice power, or 307 HORSEpower.

So next time somebody tells you how much horsepower their car has, look at their mods and do the math yourself. Its a great way to talk smack using simple math.

A chicken ran through the forest the other day because the farmer wanted to eat him and was hungry. The poor chicken died. But it was a gooooooooood meal!!!!!:)
